Building Mental Health

The all in one course helping you understand the latest evidence based practices that help build positive mental health habits.

Mental Health is complex and it is comprised of the interplay between social, cultural, biological, and psychological factors.

The good news is, that there are modifiable factors and tools that can help you build sustainable mental health habits.

I find that there’s a very real discrepancy between the scientific literature on mental health and what the public knows.

In short, what science says is not always accessibly relayed to the public—to you. And we’re changing that today.

Meet your mentor

I’m Dr. Nicole

LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST, COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPIST

After practicing as a clinician for 10 years and witnessing the spread of misinformation on social media, I realized there’s still a large gap between evidence-based information and what’s being advertised to the public about what’s generally best for mental health.

So my goal grows and I continue to do what I love most, but with a bigger vision—to provide accessible, simplified mental health information that is practical and derived from the lens of empiricism and the science of psychology.

Isn’t it time we build your mental health, too?
