Individual CBT Therapy for Anxiety, OCD, and Mood Disorders

Evidence-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & ERP

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based form of psychological treatment that is collaborative, where sessions include developing goals and tracking progress. It’s been shown to work effectively for those experiencing anxiety disorders, mood disorders, depression, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, OCD, and many other mental health disorders.

I work with children, teens, and adults in Westchester, NY, and the surrounding areas, providing evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), as well as treatment for anxiety disorders—including generalized, social, panic, health-related anxiety, and phobias—and depressive disorders. I also have extensive knowledge and experience in the treatment of perfectionism, trichotillomania (hair-pulling), and excoriation (skin-picking). Additionally, I have experience treating body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) and have published literature on this topic.

Intensive OCD Exposure Therapy – In-Home Option

For clients who would benefit from more immersive treatment, I offer intensive in-home ERP sessions at an additional cost. These sessions allow hands-on guidance and support in real-life settings to maximize progress and help clients manage OCD triggers in their own environment. Available for children, teens, and adults in Westchester, NY, and surrounding areas

These structured and actionable plans are rooted in evidence-based interventions, ensuring that the strategies we use have a strong foundation in research and best practices. Above all, I’m consistently supportive, walking alongside you with steadiness and care as you navigate challenges, build skills, and move toward a more meaningful way of living.

FREE No-obligation Introductory Call
(15 minutes)

I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone or video consultation so we can briefly connect, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore whether working together feels like a good match. During this call, you’re welcome to share what you’re hoping for, ask questions about my approach, and learn more about how I work. I can also provide information about scheduling, fees, and next steps. This is not a therapy session, but rather a chance for us to get to know one another and ensure you feel comfortable moving forward.

Psychological Consultation and Evaluation (60 minutes)

As a new patient, we will begin with a psychiatric evaluation to assess and understand your past and current mental health symptoms and presentation. We will discuss your history plus the best therapeutic treatment options that would suit your needs using a Cognitive Behavioral Treatment Model.

Follow up sessions (50 minutes)

Frequency of sessions are flexible and are tailored based on needs and resources. To sustain progress, we will address your psychological and behavioral challenges and collaboratively work towards a tailored individualized treatment plan with specific goals. Expect evidence-based treatment and action steps for your diagnosis.
